SHIPPING

Please note that due to current COVID-19 global pandemic, there are significant delivery delays with Australia Post. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive for it's intended purpose. Delivery delays with Australia Post are out of our control - we ask that you please be patient. Sacred Monkey Tattoo will not accept responsibility for your item arriving later than expected. We do not offer express post at this time.

Sacred Monkey Tattoo are based in Melbourne, Victoria (AU) and we are experiencing frequent lockdowns (stay at home orders) due to COVID19. As a result, this may mean that there could be a delay in getting your item shipped out to you. We apologise in advance for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working really hard to get your items out to you!

APPAREL:

All apparel is shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Standard Australia Post delivery time-frames apply. We endeavor to send your item/s within 2 business days after payment is received.

PRINTS & PAINTINGS: 

All prints and paintings are shipped via Australia Post with tracking, in cardboard postage tubes. Standard Australia Post delivery time-frames apply. We endeavor to send your item/s within 2 business days after payment is received. All international shipping costs include Extra Cover and Signature on Delivery (Australia Post).

GIFT VOUCHERS:

HARD COPY: We use Australia Post registered post with tracking and signature on delivery for all gift vouchers. We endeavor to send your gift voucher/s within 2 business days after payment is received. To request your tracking number; please send an email to [email protected].

(SOLD OUT) DIGITAL VOUCHER: Digital vouchers are sent out within 48 hours of purchase to the email attached to the order. Please send an email to [email protected] if you have not received your digital voucher within 48 hours of purchase.

Please note we do not offer refunds on gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.


RETURNS

APPAREL:

Not the right size? We understand that sometimes it just doesn't fit the way you want it to! We accept returns for apparel in their original condition (as you received it: not soiled, unworn, unwashed) if they're not the right size and will offer an exchange only. Return shipping fees and new re-delivery fees are at the expense of the buyer.

Manufacturing fault? If there is a definitive manufacturing fault we will offer an exchange or refund (refund will be minus original shipping fees). If you do choose a refund, please send us a clear photo of the return shipping receipt via email and we will include this amount in your refund once we have recieved the goods and assessed them. In the case your size is not available for exchange, we will offer a refund or gift voucher.

Changed your mind? Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

Changed your mind? Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for gift vouchers if you have changed your mind. We do not offer refunds, and gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Lost/stolen gift voucher? Please treat the gift voucher like cash - if you lose it, we cannot not replace it and we cannot refund you.

PRINTS & PAINTINGS:

Manufacturing fault? If your print or painting has a fault or some element of damage that is not structurally intentional or a part of the design, we will offer a refund. Please send an email to [email protected] with clear photo's of the damage/fault within 24 hours of receiving it.

Changed your mind? Please choose your item/s carefully as we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Sacred Monkey Tattoo do not accept any responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit. In case of loss or damage in transit, please contact us via email and we will lodge a case with Australia Post.
